With 1 in 4 people in the UK likely to experience a mental health issue each year, it is of the upmost importance that workplaces start taking an active role in supporting the wellbeing of their Staff or Students.
A Mental Health First Aider can help to provide support to both Staff and Students, and wellbeing .

Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF)
£125 per Person
Throughout this half day course, learners will be introduced to mental health issues such as depression and suicide and build an understanding of stress.
Topics covered include: An introduction to the use of appropriate language when supporting others and the importance of self-care as a tool to potentially improve mental health.

Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF)
£200 per Person
Throughout this 1 day course, learners will develop an understanding on the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the role that everyone plays in recognising mental health issues at work.
Topics covered include: understanding mental health and its importance, promoting positive mental health in the workplace, common mental health conditions, mental health first aid at work action plans.

Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)
£300 per Person
this 2-day course, learners will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to actively promote positive mental health in the workplace by covering a range of topics, including: understanding mental health and its importance, awareness of their own wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aider, common mental health conditions, how to support those experiencing poor mental health at work with tools such as active listening and non-judgemental support.
